At WoodPlank, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural home accents. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your WoodPlank account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully repack the items in their original protective packaging to ensure the natural wood surfaces are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
