Custom-cut planks typically ship within 7-10 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes an additional 3-5 days depending on your location within the continental US.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, WoodPlank ships exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada to ensure our natural wood products are not subject to prolonged transit times.

What is your return policy for natural wood products?

Unused, standard-sized planks can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-cut or engraved items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Are your wood finishes food-safe?

Yes, we offer a range of finishes. Our 'Natural Glow' oil and beeswax blends are 100% food-safe and ideal for kitchen countertops, butcher blocks, and serving boards.

How should I maintain my wood planks to prevent warping?

We recommend maintaining a consistent humidity level in your home (between 35-55%) and periodically reapplying a high-quality wood conditioner or mineral oil to protect the grain.
